Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing FLFQ and experiencing our unique outdoor hammock tent and other products. We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. Please read the following Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

I. General Principles

Return Window

We accept return requests for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging within 10 days of you receiving the product.

Conditions for Return

The returned product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, Unassembled, Uninflated: The product must be in brand-new condition, free from any signs of use, stains, wear, or odors.
  • Original Packaging Intact: All original packaging (including the outer box, product storage bag, user manual, warranty card, etc.) must be undamaged and returned in full.
  • All Accessories Included: All included accessories (such as the air pump adapter, repair kit, guy lines, stakes, etc.) must be complete and returned.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide the original order number or valid proof of purchase.

II. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations specific to outdoor gear and inflatable products, we cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been used, assembled, inflated, or shows any form of wear and tear.
  • The product's original packaging, tags, or anti-counterfeit labels are missing or damaged.
  • The product shows signs of damage caused by the customer (e.g., contact with sharp objects), improper storage, or misuse.
  • The return is requested due to personal preference (e.g., color or size not meeting expectations, despite accurate product description), and the product's original packaging has been opened or the item has been used.
  • The return request is made after the 10-day return window has expired.

III. Refund Process

Initiate a Request

Please log into your account, locate the corresponding order in your "Order History," and submit a return request. Alternatively, contact us via customer service email at aloner@flfq.com with your order number and reason for return.

Review & Authorization

Our customer service team will review your application within 1-3 business days. Please do not ship the item back without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipment

Upon approval, you will receive an email with return instructions, including the return address and your RMA number. Please clearly mark this number on the outside of the return package.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be refunded. Please use a trackable shipping service and retain the proof of shipment.
  • Return Address: Please ship the item to our designated Returns Center (address provided in the authorization email).

Inspection & Refund

  • We will inspect the returned package within 5-7 business days of receipt.
  • Once we confirm the item meets our return conditions, we will immediately initiate the refund process.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing by your bank or payment provider typically takes 5-10 business days; please allow time for this.

IV. Defective Items & Quality Issues

We conduct strict quality checks on every product. If you discover a manufacturing defect upon receipt, such as:

  • Fabric damage or air column leakage present upon arrival.
  • Malfunction of key components (e.g., air valve, zipper).
  • Significant workmanship flaws.

Please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos or video evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange for a free replacement, replacement of faulty parts, coverage of return shipping costs, or a full refund, as appropriate.

V. Regarding Reward Points and Free Gifts

  • If you used reward points to partially pay for your order, the cash amount you paid will be refunded, and the reward points used will be automatically credited back to your account.
  • If the return makes the order ineligible for a promotional gift received, the gift must also be returned; otherwise, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

VI. Customs Duties & Import Fees

For international returns, customs duties and import-related fees paid at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable. The specific return address and customs declaration guidelines are subject to the regulations of the local customs authorities.
